open only to Team Ford Racing members (free
membership available at fordracing.com) who are legal residents of
the U.S., licensed drivers, and 18 years of age or older at the time of
registration, except for employees (and the immediate families and members of
the same household of such employees) of Ford Motor Company, Super 8 Motels, Inc., participating
sweepstakes and promotional partners, their respective divisions, affiliates,
subsidiaries, dealers, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies. Void in Puerto Rico and where
prohibited. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the
sweepstakes, complete the online sweepstakes entry form at www.fordracing.com/super8 and submit as
directed prior to 11:59 pm ET on 12/3/02.

Multiple entries from the same person or email address or entries generated by
a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. In the event of
a dispute, internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account
holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. The authorized account holder is the natural
person who is assigned the email address by an internet access provider,
on-line service provider or other organization that is responsible for
assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email
address. PRIZES / APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): One (1) Grand Prize - 2003 Ford Taurus SES Sport (ARV $26,000) and a four-day trip for two to a Ford Racing Driving Experience at a major NASCAR Winston Cup track in the Spring of 2003. Trip, which must be taken on dates specified by Ford, consists of round-trip, coach air travel from the major commercial airport nearest winner¹s residence, three nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy), admission to the Driving Experience and local ground transportation (Trip ARV $4,000) (Total Grand Prize ARV $30,000); One (1) First Prize – Trip for two to winner’s choice of any Super 8 motel in the U.S. or Canada. Trip consists of round-trip, coach air travel from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence, two nights accommodations (double occupancy) at a Super 8 motel and three day Avis® rental car (ARV $2,250); One (1) Second Prize - Super 8 Racing Crew Shirt autographed by Ricky Craven (ARV $200). Grand Prize winner: a) must take delivery of vehicle through a sponsor-selected Ford dealership near winner’s residence within 60 days of notice of availability, b) must provide valid driver’s license and evidence of insurance at time of delivery or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate, and c) is solely responsible for registration, license, title and insurance fees, and any available options added to the vehicle at winner’s request. If the Grand Prize winner is unable to attend the Ford Racing Driving Experience on the dates selected by Sponsor, that portion of the Grand Prize will be forfeited and not awarded. First Prize trip must be taken and completed prior to 12/15/03 and is subject to availability and restrictions. All prize trip reservations must be made through Sponsor selected agency and must be made at least 30 days in advance of travel. Once issued, tickets are non-refundable and any charges for changes made to tickets after issue are the responsibility of the winner. Rental car is subject to rental agency terms and conditions, and does not include gasoline, taxes or insurance which are the responsibility of the winner. Prize winners are responsible for all taxes (federal, state, local and/or income) and any expenses not listed related to acceptance and use of prize. WINNER SELECTION: Prize winners will be selected at random on or about 12/16/02 from among all valid entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Exposure Marketing, Inc., an independent judging organization. The odds of winning depend will on the number of valid entries received. If a winner is not of age of majority in state of residence (a “minor”), prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian. Prizes are non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash; however Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value due to unavailability. Winners will be notified by mail and/or phone within seven days and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, and where legal, a Publicity Release within 14 days of notification date. Trip companion of Grand and First Prize winners (or if a minor his/her parent or legal guardian) must execute and return a Liability Release prior to issuance of travel documents. Failure to timely return executed forms will cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. If a prize or prize notification letter is returned or deemed undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor, Super 8, and their respective advertising and promotional agencies to use winner's name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information and statements attributable to him/her for advertising and promotional purposes without limitation and without additional compensation unless prohibited by law and upon request, winner will provide written consent for such use. CONDITIONS: Sponsor is not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure of Sponsor to receive entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or any combination thereof. Sponsor is also not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel sweepstakes in its entirety if it becomes technically corrupted or because of non-authorized human intervention. In that event, Sponsor will select winner from all eligible entries received prior to exercising its rights to suspend or cancel the sweepstakes and will post notification of cancellation on www.fordracing.com/super8. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. By entering, participants a) agree to these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges which shall be final in all respects; b) release Ford Motor Company, Super 8 Motels, Inc., their respective divisions, dealers, franchisees, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and Exposure Marketing, Inc., their respective directors, officers and employees from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by their participation or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize; and c) acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize including, but not limited to, its quality, except that Sponsor shall be liable for the standard limited warranty provided on the Grand Prize vehicle. Noncompliance with the official rules will result in disqualification.
