DRIVER QUOTES
Ben Barker | No. 77 Proton Competition Ford Mustang GT3
"I'm very much looking forward to the last race of the year, and to end things on a high with Proton Competition and our Mustang GT3. We can’t wait to get going."
Ben Tuck | No. 77 Proton Competition Ford Mustang GT3
"I'm looking forward to getting out in the Mustang for the final time this year. We have the hard compound tires for this last round, which seemed to work well for us in COTA."
Bernardo Sousa | No. 77 Proton Competition Ford Mustang GT3
"Let's go for the last race of the season. Hopefully it's going to be the high point of our season, fighting for the win. Although we didn't have the final results, the season was amazing. We improved, we've shown our pace, and hopefully, we're going to finish the season with a top result."
Dennis Olsen | No. 88 Proton Competition Ford Mustang GT3
"Bahrain is the final race of the season, and I'm really hoping that we can have a perfect execution once again, similar to Fuji, with some more luck. We were definitely in contention for a win there and showed that the potential of the Mustang GT3 is really good. I'm looking forward to being back with Stefano, Giammarco, Proton Competition and Ford Racing. Let's try to leave Bahrain with a win."
Giammarco Levorato | No. 88 Proton Competition Ford Mustang GT3
"I can't wait to return to Bahrain, where I made my FIA WEC debut one year ago. This was my first full season in the FIA WEC, and it has been a year full of emotions – a podium finish and the first ever pole position in this championship for the Ford Mustang GT3. Now it's the last race of the season and my teammates and I, together with Ford Racing, Multimatic and Proton Competition, are ready to give our all to really show what we can do."
Stefano Gattuso | No. 88 Proton Competition Ford Mustang GT3
"After a lot of new tracks for me, this is one that I already know from rookie testing last year. So I will arrive in Bahrain more prepared and very focused for the weekend. I'm sure that we will find a setup for a good performance. We will fight for a good result that we deserve, especially after very unlucky events in the last three or four races. It's important that we can finish the season at the top – not just for the drivers, but also for Proton Competition, Ford Racing and Multimatic."
