Starting 68th from the pitlane, the No. 65 Mustang GT3 gained 50 positions overall to secure the top-five finish.
The Pro Cup No. 64 HRT Ford Racing Mustang GT3, driven by Arjun Maini, Fabio Scherer and Thomas Drouet, led 43 laps before retiring because of technical issues.

Mustang Challenge North America (June 25 - 27 – Watkins Glen International)
Cole Loftsgard fended off challenges from Devin Anderson to win race one in the Dark Horse class. In Dark Horse Legends, Oleg Gorshkov scored a victory in his first Mustang Challenge race.
In race two, Loftsgard took the lead on lap one and remained in the lead until the checkered flag flew to bring home the Dark Horse win. Gorshkov led from flag-to-flag in Dark Horse Legends to earn his second Mustang Challenge win during his debut weekend in the series.
NASCAR Cup Series (June 28 – Sonoma)
Ryan Blaney finished sixth on Sunday in Sonoma to lead Ford.
Ryan Preece also ended up in the top 10 as he finished eighth.

Austin Prock qualified number one in Funny Car at the Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals with a 3.863 at 337.41 and was low of three of four rounds of qualifying.
Prock took the track speed record in Funny Car with his 337.41 mph pass.
Prock also won his second Mission Foods #2Fast2Tasty Challenge Saturday, earning 12 of 13 possible points in qualifying.
Prock made it to the semi-final round on raceday and Chad Green and Dan Wilkerson made it to the second round.

IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship (June 28 – Watkins Glen International)
The No. 64 Ford Racing Mustang GT3, driven by Ben Barker and Dennis Olsen, achieved its first podium of the season by finishing third in the GTD Pro class.
The No. 64 led 24 laps into its final pit-stop, reentering the field in the closing minutes to successfully battle for the team’s third straight top-three finish since its victory at Laguna Seca.
The No. 65 Ford Racing Mustang GT3, driven by Christopher Mies and Frédéric Vervisch, also battled at the top of the field throughout its campaign before a late-race incident drew a safety car which ultimately ended the race.
Ford ranks third of 10 manufacturers vying for the championship title (1,618, -98).
The No. 65 leads Ford Racing in the team championship in fourth (1,461, -114), while the No. 64 ranks eighth (1,343, -232).
The next round of series action is scheduled for July 10 - 12 at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, with live race coverage on Peacock, IMSA.tv and YouTube.

Mustang Challenge North America (June 25 – 27 – Watkins Glen International)
The starting grid for race one was determined by championship points after an abbreviated qualifying session. The race two starting grid was based on fastest lap times in race one.
In race one of the weekend, Cole Loftsgard battled with Devin Anderson in the early stages of the race before pulling away to bring home the Dark Horse win. Oleg Gorshkov, making his Mustang Challenge debut, moved through the Dark Horse Legends field and took the lead with 27 minutes remaining in the race.
In race two, Loftsgard took the lead from Anderson on lap one and remained in the lead until the checkered flag flew, scoring another Dark Horse win. Gorshkov led from flag-to-flag in Dark Horse Legends to claim his second Mustang Challenge win.

NASCAR Cup Series (June 28 – Sonoma)
Ryan Blaney finished sixth on Sunday in Sonoma to lead Ford.
Ryan Preece also ended up in the top 10 as he finished eighth.
That marks Blaney’s sixth straight Top 10 finish and seventh in the last eight races.
Four Ford drivers are currently in Chase positions with eight races remaining in the regular season (Blaney, Chris Buescher, Preece and Austin Cindric).
