SRO GT4 Australia (March 27 – 29 – Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit) – FORD VICTORIES

  • Ford Mustang GT4 collected seven podiums in the first two races of the season, with three victories shared by Multispares Racing, Method Motorsport and Gomersall Motorsport.

  • The Mustang GT4, with a record 10 total entries for the weekend, was represented at the top of the podium in all three classes: Silver Cup, Silver-Am Cup and Am Cup.

Formula 1 (March 27 - 29 - Suzuka, Japan)

  • Max Verstappen finished eighth - highest finishing Red Bull Ford Powertrains entry - in Sunday’s Japanese Grand Prix. Liam Lawson, in the Visa Cash App Racing Bulls entry was ninth.  

  • Unrest in the Middle East has led to the cancellation of the two April rounds. The Grand Prix of Miami will be the next race on the World Championship calendar, May 1 - 3. 

 

Mustang Cup USA (March 27 - 28 – Barber Motorsports Park)

  • Kale Buhl and Logan Adams in the Dark Horse each scored a victory, and Craig Capaldi was victorious in both of the weekend’s races in the Dark Horse Legends class. 

  • Mustang Cup USA will be back on track at Circuit of The Americas May 7-9. 

 

Mustang Cup Australia (March 27 - 29 – Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit)

  • Aaron Cameron took the victory in the Johnson Cup race by 0.006 seconds over James Golding, and in the Ambrose Cup race, Ford Racing Development Driver Cameron McLeod earned the victory. In both of the weekend’s races, Keith Kassulke was the winner of the Dark Horse Legends class. 

  • The next round for Mustang Cup Australia will be at The Bend Motorsport Park May 8 - 10. 

 

SRO GT World Challenge America (March 27 – 29 – Sonoma Raceway)

  • The No. 6 Dollahite Racing Mustang GT3 of Alex Sedgwick and Cameron Lawrence kicked off its 2026 campaign with a third-place Pro class podium.

 

SRO GT4 America (March 27 – 29 – Sonoma Raceway)

  • The No. 30 TechSport Racing Mustang GT4 of Frankie Muniz and Tyler Stone led Ford to a second-place Am class podium finish.

 

NASCAR Cup Series (March 29 – Martinsville)

  • Joey Logano finished third to lead all Ford teams in Martinsville, his 14th straight top-10 finish at the half-mile short track.

  • All three Team Penske Ford Mustang Dark Horses finished in the top 10 with Ryan Blaney (sixth) and Austin Cindric (eighth) joining Logano.

 

NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series (March 28 – Martinsville)

  • Nick Sanchez was involved in an accident late in Saturday’s race and was forced to retire with a 33rd-place finish..

  • The next race for the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series is Saturday, April 4 at Rockingham Speedway (2:30 p.m., CW, MRN, SiriusXM).

SRO GT4 Australia (March 27 – 29 – Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit) – FORD VICTORIES

  • Multispares Racing led the Mustang charge in Race 1, with the No. 227 of Cameron McLeod and Mason Harvey leading most of the race and setting the fastest lap.

  • The No. 227 was given a 10-second post-race penalty for ballast, awarding the Silver Cup victory to the No. 27 Multispares Racing Mustang GT4 of Lochie Dalton and Aaron Cameron.

  • Cameron Crick and Dean Campbell, drivers of the No. 118 Method Motorsport Mustang GT4, earned consecutive Silver-Am Cup podiums highlighted by a Race 2 class victory.

  • Glenn Walker, driver of the No. 14 Gomersall Motorsport Mustang GT4, collected two Am Cup podiums – including a Race 2 victory.

  • The No. 35 Miedecke Motorsport Mustang GT4, driven by Blake Tracey and George Miedecke, placed second in the Silver Cup class in Race 2.

  • Rounds 3 & 4 of GT4 Australia action is scheduled for May 8-10 at The Bend, with live race coverage on the official series website or the GT World YouTube channel.

  • In the Miles Cup race, Logan Adams led for most of the race in the Dark Horse Class until an issue on the last lap saw him slow right before the checkered flag. This issue allowed Kale Buhl to pass him for the win in the closing moments of the race. In the Dark Horse Legends class, Craig Capaldi led the entire race and earned the win after starting from pole position. 

  • In the Parnelli Cup race, Adams in the Dark Horse class and Capaldi in the Dark Horse Legends class both earned green-to-checkered victories. 

  • Mustang Cup USA will be back on track May 7-9 at Circuit of The Americas.

  • In the Johnson Cup race, teammates Aaron Cameron and James Golding battled for the lead throughout the race. Ultimately, Cameron earned the win, crossing under the checkered flag just 0.006 seconds ahead of Golding. In the Dark Horse Legends class, Keith Kassulke was the winner. 

  • In the Ambrose Cup race, Cameron McLeod took the lead in the early minutes of the race after starting second. McLeod remained in the lead for the rest of the race and brought home the overall win. In the Dark Horse Legends class, Ben Dunn and Keith Kassulke were in a fight for the win, and Kassulke ultimately claimed the victory. 

  • The next round for Mustang Cup Australia will be at The Bend Motorsport Park May 8 - 10. 

SRO GT World Challenge America (March 27 – 29 – Sonoma Raceway)

  • The No. 6 Dollahite Racing Mustang GT3 entered its second season by upgrading to the premiere Pro class, earning a third-place podium under the new single race, three-hour endurance racing format.

  • Alex Sedgwick and Cameron Lawrence, both making their Mustang GT3 debut, qualified into the front row of an 18-car field.

  • The next round of GT World Challenge America is scheduled for April 24 – 26 at Circuit of The Americas, with live race coverage streamed on the official series website or on the GT World YouTube channel.

SRO GT4 America (March 27 – 29 – Sonoma Raceway)

  • The No. 30 TechSport Racing Mustang GT4 of Frankie Muniz and Tyler Stone placed second in the Am class as a part of the all-new Mustang GT4’s series debut.

  • The No. 137 LAP Motorsports Mustang GT4 of Casey Moyer and Clayton Williams placed a weekend best fifth in the Silver Cup class.

  • The No. 48 McCumbee McAleer Racing Mustang GT4, featuring Ford Racing Driver Development Team member Jenson Altzman and Mustang Challenge veteran Zachry Lee, recorded ninth place finishes in the Pro-Am class.

  • GT4 America heads to Circuit of The Americas, April 24 - 26, for its next two rounds of action. Live race coverage is offered on the official series website, as well as the GT World YouTube channel.

NASCAR Cup Series (March 29 – Martinsville)
