Mustang Cup USA will crown its second set of championship at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta September 11-13. The final round of the 2026 season for the entry-level race series will be the first time the Ford Racing Mustang Dark Horse R competes at the 12-turn, 2.54-mile road course.
In the penultimate round of the season, Logan Adams had a strong weekend, winning both the Miles Cup and Parnelli Cup races in the Dark Horse class. In Dark Horse Legends, Craig Capaldi brought home the victory in the Miles Cup race. Steve Luca claimed his maiden Mustang Cup USA victory in Dark Horse Legends in the Parnelli Cup race after having his Miles Cup race come to an early end.
Heading into the final weekend of the season, Logan Adams leads both the Miles Cup and Parnelli Cup championships in the Dark Horse class, but Kale Buhl is not far behind. In the Miles Cup championship, he sits only 20 points behind Adams, and in the Parnelli Cup championship he is only 19 points behind. With up to 60 points available in each race, both championships are still up for grabs. In Dark Horse Legends, Craig Capaldi leads both the Miles Cup and Parnelli Cup championship standings as he looks to become the first back-to-back champion in Mustang Cup USA.
