There is no place like home, especially when "home" is the world-class asphalt of the Circuit of The Americas (COTA). For Austin, Texas-based Dollahite Racing, the upcoming SRO GT World Challenge America weekend, April 24–26, represents more than just another stop on the calendar. The second round of the 2026 season is an annual opportunity to defend their turf and showcase the Ford Mustang GT3 in the city where the team was built.
FAST FACTS
- Dollahite Racing opened the season earning a podium finish at Sonoma, its first in the Pro class. The third-place result marked the first podium for the evolution of the Ford Mustang GT3. CAMERON LAWRENCE, No. 6 Dollahite Racing Ford Mustang GT3 – “I’m very much looking forward to COTA as a home race for myself and the team. We know that this carries some extra pressure and higher expectations, but after our first podium in Pro at Sonoma, we’re ready to maximize the performance of the Mustang GT3 at COTA.”
ALEX SEDGWICK, No. 6 Dollahite Racing Ford Mustang GT3 – “I’m really looking forward to continuing the momentum from Sonoma into COTA. It is the team‘s home race, and where they have a lot of experience running the car. It should be a good showing. Off the back of the first global podium for the Mustang GT3 Evo last time out, we’re looking to continue improving and get some more points on the board in our pursuit of the championship this year.”
