NHRA (May 15 - 17 – Chicago) – FORD VICTORY

  • Chad Green collected his second Wally of the season at the NHRA Route 66 Nationals in Joliet, IL.

 

NASCAR Cup Series (May 17 – Dover)

  • Austin Cindric was Ford’s top finisher for the second straight week as he ended up sixth in the annual NASCAR All-Star Race.

  • Brad Keselowski was 10th while Noah Gragson finished 11th.

 

NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series (May 15 – Dover)

  • Ty Majeski finished a Ford-best second in Friday’s race at Dover.

  • Layne Riggs was third and Jake Garcia ninth.

 

24 Hours of Nürburgring  (May 14 - 17 – Nürburgring Nordschlieffe)

  • The No. 67 HRT Ford Racing Ford Mustang GT3 driven by Frederic Vervisch, Christopher Mies and Dennis Olsen finished eighth in the SP9 Pro class after a challenging 24 hours at the Nordschlieffe. 

 

Drift Masters (May 16 - 17 – Madrid)

  • James Deane made it to the Final Four in Madrid and narrowly missed out on a podium position in Madrid.

NHRA (May 15 - 17 – Chicago) – FORD VICTORY

  • Chad Green collected his second Wally of the season at the NHRA Route 66 Nationals in Joliet, IL.

  • Austin Prock and Tasca Racing’s 3.920 at 331.94 mph led Ford in qualifying with a season-best third on the sheet.

  • Prock was low ET of race day and advanced to the semi-final round, where he fell to Green.

  • NHRA makes their series debut at Maryland International Raceway next for the Potomac Nationals May 29-31. 

NASCAR Cup Series (May 17 – Dover)

  • Austin Cindric was Ford’s top finisher for the second straight week as he ended up sixth in the annual NASCAR All-Star Race.

  • Brad Keselowski was 10th while Noah Gragson finished 11th.

  • Ryan Blaney was involved in a nine-car accident on lap 2, but returned for the final segment and finished 13th.

  • Joey Logano did not finish after getting involved in an incident after completing 137-of-200 laps.

  • The Cup Series will run its longest race of the season next as the annual Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway takes place on Sunday, May 24 at 6 PM ET (Amazon Prime, MRN, Sirius XM, HBO Max).

NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series (May 15 – Dover)

  • Ty Majeski finished a Ford-best second in Friday’s race at Dover.

  • Layne Riggs was third and Jake Garcia ninth.

  • Majeski was a contender all afternoon as he finished second in Stage 1 and third in Stage 2.

  • Ford has five drivers in the top 10 of the point standings: Layne Riggs (2nd), Chandler Smith (3rd), Ty Majeski (5th), Ben Rhodes (7th) and Jake Garcia (8th)

  • The next race for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series is Friday, May 22 at Charlotte Motor Speedway  (7:30 p.m. ET, FS1, NRN, SiriusXM).

24 Hours of Nürburgring  (May 14 - 17 – Nürburgring Nordschlieffe)

  • The No. 67 HRT Ford Racing Ford Mustang GT3, driven by Frederic Vervisch, Christopher Mies and Dennis Olsen, fought hard for 24 hours to come home in eighth place in SP9 pro. 

  • The No. 67 battled tricky conditions throughout the race and bounced back after a tire puncture in the morning hours of the race forced them to make an unplanned pit stop. 

  • The two additional HRT Ford Racing entries, the No. 65 in and No. 64, both fell victim to early retirements as a result of incidents on track. 

Drift Masters (May 16 -17 – Madrid)

  • After qualifying first, James Deane won his Top 32, Top 16 and Great Eight tandem battles. 

  • Deane ultimately finished fourth after being narrowly beaten in both his Final Four and third place playoff battles.
