DTM:
ARJUN MAINI, No. 36 HRT Ford Racing Mustang GT3 – “It’s been a season with some low points and a lot of unfortunate results. But overall, I’m super happy to finish in the top-10 in the standings. It shows how much we’ve improved since last year, and I think there’s a clear upward trend in general. Hopefully, we can fight for the championship next year.”
FINN WIEBELHAUS, No. 64 HRT Ford Racing Mustang GT3 – “It’s been my first DTM season, and looking back, I think it’s been a good season overall. As a rookie, being able to achieve two podiums and some top-ten results is something I’ll definitely look back on with a smile in a few years. HRT and Ford Racing did a great job, I felt I was in a good environment and was able to learn a lot from my experienced teammate Arjun. I had great fun on track, and hopefully I’ll be back for more DTM seasons.”
ADAC GT Masters:
KIANO BLUM, No. 2 Haupt Racing Team Ford Mustang GT3 – “Qualifying was not easy for us in the wet, as we tend to struggle a bit compared to the rear-engine cars. The race start was very good, and from there we focused on managing the tyres and making the most of our pace. We knew we had the potential to fight back, and in the end, securing our first win at the Hockenheim finale, in front of this incredible crowd, is an amazing feeling.”
NIKLAS KALUS, No. 2 Haupt Racing Team Ford Mustang GT3 – “We spent the last few days working hard to find the right setup, and despite the limited track time in both dry and wet conditions, we felt quite comfortable. Qualifying was very solid, and I think we got the maximum out of the car in the wet. I’m really happy that we managed to win this race.”
